The director of Avedisyan Eood , Eng. Magardich Avedisyan,
began to deal with construction and repair activities in 2005.
In 2014, he went to London , where he started general work at Longcross construction LTD.
In 2018, he opened his first company - Mavedisyan LTD, which deals
mainly with painting and decoration and will operate until 2021.
After that, he started an auxiliary company - Mdidi LTD, which deals with painting, decorating and cleaning, with which he worked until 2023.
From 2024 he works as a consultant in England and redirects the business to Varna.
During these 9 years, close ties were built in England with one of the largest construction companies there.
Battersea Power Station
Part of the work undertaken by Mavedisyan LTD is a complete repainting of metal staircases in the most expensive apartments on the top floors of the power station. People like Sting and Elton John are owners of such apartments.
The second stage of work undertaken by Mavedisyan LTd was the repainting of all 8 staircases in the main building and all 4 lift lobbies.
The most expensive mixed complex in Europe!
The cost of the project is 9 billion pounds and includes the construction of buildings with a capacity of 4,000 apartments, the restoration and modernization of the power plant, the construction of a subway stop and all this on an area of 42 acres.
Newfoundland Tower
Also called the "diamond tower" because of its 58 stories and diamond-patterned steel exoskeleton that structurally supports it.
It is located in the City of London and is 220 meters high , making it the tallest rental building in the United Kingdom.
It is also the first residential building ever to be built on the Canary Wharf private estate, setting it apart among the commercial towers of the financial centre. Its prominent location, on the banks of the River Thames and at the end of Middle Dock, West India Docks, is directly opposite the main exit of Canary Wharf Jubilee line station and can be seen across the dock from there.
The last 9 floors of the building painted by Mavedisyan LTD are a source of pride.
LSE Centre Building
LSE stands for London School of Economics.
The London School of Economics' newest building opens in 2019.
Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbor and Partners following an RIBA competition.
The building has 13 floors and includes:
- 14 seminar rooms with between 20 and 60 seats
- 234 places to study
- Auditorium with 200 seats
- As well as three lecture halls
